LIMB is a personal music service intended for uploading, storing, and listening to a user's own audio files through a browser.

By using LIMB, the user confirms agreement with these Terms of Use.

2. Account registration

Some service features require creating an account.

The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to keep account access data secure.

3. Uploaded content

The user independently decides what materials to upload to the service.

The user is responsible for the content they upload, store, or use through LIMB.

The user agrees not to violate third-party rights, including copyright, related rights, and other intellectual property rights.

4. Usage restrictions

The following is prohibited:

• using the service for purposes that violate the laws of the Russian Federation;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• interfering with service operation;
• uploading malicious software;
• using the service to distribute unlawful content.

5. Administration rights

The service administration has the right to:

• restrict or terminate user access to the service if these Terms are violated;
• remove materials that violate the law or third-party rights;
• temporarily limit service operation for technical maintenance.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation.

The administration is not responsible for user actions or for content uploaded by users.

7. Account deletion

The user may delete their account using the provided service functionality.

After account deletion, related user data and files are removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the terms

These Terms of Use may be changed at any time.
